The Presidency of the University of Zakho, in collaboration with the ICT and Statistics Center has developed an electronic system for the Directorate Quality Assurance. The system provides information and activities of lecturers of the university and all activities of colleges and departments can be seen the system.

The Quality Assurance Unit has a significant role in the evaluation and services of the university. It's worth mentioning that before developing this system, all the work was done by hand (on paper), but currently, it has made everything easier. Likewise, seminars, workshops, various activities, evaluation, appreciations, role of guests in the activities of the university, scientific title, and lecturers' profiles are organized systematically.
